Description:

Otrivin Child is a pediatric nasal decongestant formulated with xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.05 % w/v.  

It provides relief from nasal congestion in children (due to colds, rhinitis, or sinusitis) by constricting blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, thereby reducing swelling and allowing better nasal airflow.  

Used as nasal drops (not spray) for younger children.
